  The exceptional service of the young lady Tia I received on the 23rd of May was beyond expectations. She gave me an excellent service and really went the extra mile to help me with my sunglasses choice. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great sunglasses and excellent customer service.

  The last pair of the sunglasses I wanted was sold a few weeks ago, the staff on that day weren’t particularly helpful and said there were no more in stock. On Tuesday 5th May, we went into the store at MacArthur Glen in York. Wilf took my number and took it upon himself to contact a number of different stores, checking that they didn’t just have display glasses that might be scratched. He tracked the exact specification I was looking for and arranged to have them delivered to York. He called me today, Friday 8th May to say they had arrived in store. Lovely young man who went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. A real credit to your company.

  I was served by Wilf. What a great sales clerk he is. He saw me loitering (I was waiting patiently as there were a large group around the glasses I wanted to look at) and he came over and spoke professionally and courteously about my needs. He went on to the computer system to find what I specifically wanted and was beyond helpful. Whilst serving me, on a busy Bank Holiday weekend, he was also attentive to other customers needs, asking if they were ok and seeing if he could help them too. Good customer service is rare nowadays, and seemingly more so in younger people too. Wilf is a credit to Sunglass Hut

  Went in York store on Thursday. Emily was very helpful checking to see the options and advising me on what was available. Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Monday. Exactly the ideal fit and design for what I was after. Very, very pleased.
